Terri is the Principal and founder of Coaching and Training Australia. Her company has been offering a unique and powerful blend of coaching and training to the real estate industry since 2005.
Terri brings a wealth of experience, proven skill and passion for the benefit of her many clients. Her work with individuals and sales teams has resulted in massive improvements in sales results for participants and sales teams, and a by-product of this has been incredible personal growth for graduates of her trainings.
Up until the end of 2005, Terri had a very successful career in real estate sales spanning twelve years. She was awarded membership of the RE/MAX Gold Club for high performing agents from 2002 to 2004 and was among the top twenty RE/MAX sales agents throughout Australia in November 2005.
Terri's extremely successful background in real estate sales, her extensive training and coaching credentials combined with her qualifications in the field of Psychology and Communications, give her a unique position among real estate trainers. She also holds qualifications as a Master NLP coach which gives her trainings a powerful edge. Participants not only gain industry skills but are given powerful insights and strategies to eliminate personal roadblocks to success.

Shelagh has recently joined the team at Coaching and Training Australia bringing a wealth of training and coaching experience. From an early age Shelagh was appointed CEO of a corporate health consultancy, in Sydney and throughout a 17 year 'entrepreneurial whirlwind' created and implemented 'success programs' for government departments and corporations. She oversaw the development of several nationwide businesses and international health conferences.
Shelagh successfully built the business from a two man operation to a multi million dollar organization, leading a team of 100 people. The success of this business saw Shelagh recognized by her peers with numerous prestigious industry awards for both sales and service.
After relocating to the Gold Coast, Shelagh focussed on the real estate industry, working with Australasia's largest real estate franchise group as a successful auction agent, giving her valuable industry specific insights. She successfully secured increased market share coupled with long term client relationships through her unique approach to negotiation and win/win outcomes.
Having a background in psychology, behavioural change and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, she is skilled in strategies that address the physiological underpinnings that block people's success. Combine this with her vast experience in effective leadership, dynamic communication, sales and negotiation and you have a powerful reality based speaker; one that will elicit the 'bright spark' within all of us and show us how to turn it into 'sustainable energy' and lasting change.
